The Ecole Nationale Supérieure Maritime (ENSM) and NEOLINE jointly led an educational sequence presenting maritime professions and innovations for the energy transition of maritime transport for high school students at the Lycée d’enseignement général Saint Joseph du Loquidy de Nantes and the Lycée professionnel et technologique des Métiers Le Pinier Neuf de Beaupréau-en-Mauges.

This sequence took place at ENSM on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, as part of the Innovation Option Program, which allows middle and high school students to meet professionals with an innovative activity.

Alban Salmon, Director of ENSM, and Adrien Simonet, Assistant Director of NEOLINE, were able to present to the 53 attentive students the careers, opportunities and innovations in the maritime sector on the theme: The sea trades in the energy transition.

Navigation sessions on the ENSM and NEOLINE simulators were also proposed so that everyone could take the helm and immerse themselves in the subject.
