Part of the Neoline team visited the RMK Marine shipyard to see the progress on the construction of the Neoliner Origin. Our first wind-powered ro-ro cargo ship is taking shape day by day 🫡

✂️ 100% of the steel has been cut.
🔧 The blocks continue to be assembled (we had the opportunity to see the impressive installation of the engines block at the aft of the ship).
🛠️ The installation of the piping and electrical wiring is also progressing.

Quick update on the rigging: it already left Les Chantiers de l’Atlantique to RMK Marine shipyard in Tuzla.

⛵ Set to launch in January 2025 and enter into service by mid-2025, the Neoliner Origin will mark the beginning of a new era in maritime transport. This RoRo vessel will be capable of carrying oversized cargo and up to 12 passengers. It will depart from Saint-Nazaire to Baltimore, with stops in Saint-Pierre and Miquelon and Halifax (CAN).
