Despite the efforts made during last weekend’s technical stop in Lorient (18–20 April), the full reinstallation of the aft rigging could not be completed within the allotted time. The teams encountered difficulties in particular during the installation of the hook system for the aft mainsail.
For the rotation that began on 20 April from Lorient to Saint-Pierre, Neoliner Origin is therefore sailing with its forward sails only.
Work will resume when the vessel returns from this rotation.
