Spot charter of Neoliner Origin by Café William

In summer 2026, Neoliner Origin will transport nearly 1,000 tonnes of Colombian and Honduran coffee to Montreal under a spot charter by Café William.

A one-off adjustment to our route

Neoliner Origin will carry out a dedicated voyage in summer 2026, resulting in a temporary modification of its usual commercial line. After Baltimore, the vessel will head toward Central and South America before sailing to Montreal: Saint-Nazaire >> Saint-Pierre >> Baltimore >> Puerto Cortés (Honduras) >> Santa Marta (Colombia) >> Montreal >> Saint-Pierre >> Saint-Nazaire

Once this operation is completed, the vessel will return to its standard commercial line: Saint-Nazaire >> Saint-Pierre >> Baltimore >> Halifax >> Saint-Pierre >> Saint-Nazaire

Our commercial team and partners remain fully committed to continuing the development of volumes on the reference commercial line.

“As a pioneering shipper in wind?powered transport, Café William has been committed for several years to more responsible maritime logistics. This ambition aligns perfectly with Neoline’s mission: reducing CO? emissions by up to 80% compared with a similar conventional vessel without sails, while delivering an industrial?scale transport service. We are therefore very proud of this partnership, which will allow Neoliner Origin to explore a new coffee?shipping destination for the duration of this charter.” – Jean Zanuttini, CEO of Neoline

This charter is part of an approach to optimize the vessel’s utilization. During the summer period, when transatlantic flows are traditionally less intense, it contributes to the company’s economic balance while supporting the continued development of the regular line, which remains Neoline’s priority.
